It was a pleasure to speak at the Thailand Arbitration Centre's 2016 UNCITRAL Thailand Symposium in Bankgok last week. My fellow panelists on the importance of the CISG - Dr Fan Yang, City University Hong Kong, Dr Pinai Nanakorn, Thammasat University, Bankgok, with moderator DDG Vilawan Mangklatanakul and Head of UNCITRAL's Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific Joao Ribeiro.
